These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Petalbell Labs LLC regarding your use of our website and mobile applications, including Lojik GO and Lojik: Daily Puzzle.

By using our services, you represent that you are at least thirteen years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. Petalbell Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our software for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

All rights, title, and interest in our services, including game code, artwork, audio, interface designs, text, logos, names, and the names Petalbell Labs, Lojik: Daily Puzzle and Lojik GO, are owned by Petalbell Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the services does not grant ownership rights.

Lojik GO and Lojik: Daily Puzzle may include premium features, downloadable media, unlocks, themes, badges, and other digital functionality. These features are licensed parts of the software, have no real-world monetary value, and may be modified as needed to maintain or improve the service.

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized third-party software, interfere with app services, manipulate purchases or entitlements, harass others, reverse engineer the application, or use the services unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the app, users, or company.

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petalbell Labs LLC disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or access resulting from use of the services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
