This Privacy Policy describes how Petalbell Labs LLC collects, uses, and discloses information through our corporate website and our mobile applications, including Lojik GO and Lojik: Daily Puzzle.

We collect information you provide directly, such as support requests and email correspondence. Lojik GO and Lojik: Daily Puzzle may store gameplay settings, run state, progress, premium entitlement status, soundtrack cache state, and app preferences on your device. Lojik GO may also process purchase and entitlement information through Apple In-App Purchase, Google Play Billing, and our backend services to verify purchases, restore access, and provide premium features.

We may automatically collect device and usage information, including device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, operating system version, hardware model, app events, crash diagnostics, consent status, ad request data, ad impression data, and ad interaction data. Ads, analytics, crash reporting, purchase, hosting, backend, and consent services may be provided by trusted third parties, including Apple, Google Play, Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads, Meta Audience Network, Unity LevelPlay and ironSource Ads, Firebase/Google Analytics for Firebase, and AWS-backed services, depending on the app version, platform, region, and configuration.

Advertising services may collect or receive information such as IP address, advertising ID, device information, app activity, ad requests, ad impressions, clicks, and consent choices in order to provide, measure, limit, personalize, or improve ads. Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads are provided by Google LLC. Google’s advertising privacy practices are available at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Some app versions or configurations may use Meta Audience Network, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. Meta’s privacy policy is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.

Where required, we request consent or platform permission before using advertising identifiers or personalized advertising. Consent options may be provided through Google’s User Messaging Platform or similar consent tools. You may be able to limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device settings. If you decline tracking permission or personalized advertising consent, ads may still be shown but may be less relevant.

We use this information to operate the app, provide free ad-supported access, verify premium access, cache premium media, improve reliability, measure app and ad performance, prevent abuse, provide customer support, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf, or when required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of Petalbell Labs LLC and our users.

Lojik GO and Lojik: Daily Puzzle are not directed to children under thirteen years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

We use reasonable security measures to protect information, but no internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the updated policy.
