Data we may delete includes support correspondence, backend entitlement records, purchase verification records where deletion is legally and technically permitted, app support records, and other personal information associated with your request.

Some information may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or app store transaction compliance purposes. We may also retain anonymized or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.

Ember Go stores some gameplay settings, preferences, progress, run state, cached media state, and premium entitlement status locally on your device. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device or clearing the app’s storage through your device settings.

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.
